This report was compiled from a submission received from the Department of Household Product Trials (MeetSparkles.com), an affiliated agency.
The subject product, Lysol Disinfectant Max Cover Mist, was tested under field conditions involving a biological incident of canine origin.
Specifically, the product was applied to a solid waste deposit on a residential floor surface.
I observed that the wide-spray nozzle achieved full coverage of the affected area without requiring manual redistribution.
The malodor was successfully neutralized, leaving no detectable trace of the original incident.
However, a faint white residue was noted on the surface after evaporation.
This residue required additional wiping to restore the original appearance of the flooring.
The agency assigned a rating of 4 out of 5 on the standard household cleanup scale, which I find consistent with my own assessment.
No further action is recommended at this time, though long-term residue buildup in similar applications warrants monitoring.
Respectfully submitted, W. Hoffman, Janitorial Services Division, Department of Random Domain Management.
