APPROVED PROCUREMENTS — K. PATTERSON

TO: Everyone. Always
RE: MEMO NO. 20260616-103249
FROM: Ken Murchison, Managing Director
CC: ALL DEPARTMENTS!
CLASSIFIED: OBVIOUS

The Department of Random Domain Management has received a submission from the affiliate agency known as thefalls.net.

The submission purports to offer a complete guide to attractions and experiences on both sides of Niagara Falls.

We have reviewed the material and can confirm it does, in fact, describe planning a trip to Niagara Falls.

It further confirms that the guide covers both the American and Canadian sides.

We are issuing this Public Service Advisory to formally acknowledge the existence of such a document.

Tourists should be aware that the guide claims to be complete.

Based on our extensive experience with attractions, completeness is an aspirational goal rarely achieved.

The original filing contains three sentences of actual content.

One of those sentences is a question.

Another is a repetition of the title.

The third is a reassurance that it is your complete guide.

We find this level of content consistent with typical tourist literature.

No new attractions have been discovered in the process of this review.

Both sides of the Falls remain where they were last assessed.

Water continues to flow over the edge at expected volumes.

Citizens planning a visit are advised to manage their expectations accordingly.

This advisory does not recommend any specific side over the other.

Both sides will disappoint equally if one expects comprehensive guidance from a three-sentence document.

Signed,

Misty Dewhurst, Water Volume & Disappointment Analyst
